NordClaw is currently a pre-launch information site offering a waitlist for an upcoming product. Features, content, and availability may change at any time without notice. No service-level commitment is made during the pre-launch phase.

4. Waitlist signups

When you submit your email to the waitlist, you consent to us contacting you about the launch and related product updates. You may request removal at any time by emailing us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or block access at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by Mailvideo AS or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without prior written permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailvideo AS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
