When you join the waiting list, we collect:

• Your work email address.
• Your selected role (optional).
• Technical metadata (user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

When you use the Signe assistant, we process the messages you send in order to generate a reply. Conversations are not associated with your identity and are not retained beyond what is necessary for short-term abuse prevention.

We process waiting-list data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@nordclaw.eu.

We process website security data on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in protecting the service from abuse.

Waiting-list entries are retained until you ask us to remove them, or until the NordClaw product launches and you decline to convert to a user account, whichever comes first. Security logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is hosted on EU-based infrastructure. We use no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
